Tommy is passionate about implementing the latest technology and best practices in the industry. He is always eager to learn and grow both personally and professionally.

When he’s not helping commercial customers solve their garage door problems, he spends weekends fishing, hunting, and exploring the outdoors with his kids. He believes in delivering quality service and ensuring customers are supported through every step of their experience with the company.

As the Business Development Manager for Signature Garage Doors in Huntsville, Sarah Willoughby combines her background as an Interior Designer with a passion for delivering both aesthetic and functional solutions. With a keen eye for design and a commitment to excellence, she ensures every client enjoys a seamless and satisfying experience from start to finish. A proud Huntsville native, Sarah is dedicated to serving her community and helping homeowners enhance their homes with style and quality. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors—whether kayaking, running, or playing pickleball with her family.

As the Commercial Sales Representative at Shoals Overhead Door, Chandler Dexter brings a strong background in both construction and sales, providing clients with knowledgeable solutions and reliable service. Outside of work, Chandler is an avid outdoorsman who spends his free time relentlessly pursuing whitetail deer and cheering on Ole Miss sports.

Morgan McGee is the Residential Design Consultant at Signature Garage Doors, where she brings a passion for garage door design and client collaboration. Born and raised in Florence, Alabama, she studied business administration at North-West Shoals Community College. Morgan joined Signature Garage Doors in 2019 in Office Administration, but her love for design quickly led her to her current role, where she helps clients realize their home’s potential. Morgan takes pride in embodying the company’s core values of Professionalism, Communication, Care, and Growth. In her free time, she and her husband, Chris, enjoy spending time outdoors.

Amber, our Customer Service Representative at Signature Garage Doors, brings over a decade of experience in customer service. Known for her friendly demeanor and problem-solving skills, Amber is passionate about connecting with clients and ensuring they receive outstanding care every step of the way. In 2024, Amber moved to Madison, AL, with her husband and their beloved dogs, Rosco and Raven. When she’s not assisting clients, she enjoys relaxing at home, exploring hiking trails, and capturing moments through photography.
